Established in 2024, Padayon Cultural's rondalla program showcases the melodic richness of the Philippines’ traditional string ensemble. Featuring instruments such as bandurrias, octavinas, guitars, and bass, the rondalla performs a repertoire that accompanies the dancers' barrio and Spanish-influenced dances. Padayon’s rondalla engages audiences with the warmth, complexity, and beauty of Filipino musical heritage, ensuring that this treasured art form continues to thrive for generations to come.
