The member discounts are available solely to Members and Life Members and are not transferrable or reassignable.
The above pricing and conditions are subject to change. FACC has the right to refuse rental at any time.
Renter is responsible for cleaning all tables and putting all chairs folded against the wall.
Renter is responsible for removing all trash, non-FACC decorations, and all items owned by renter
There will be additional charges for the following items:

At least a $150 non-refundable charge to be paid as a separate fee to custodian

(1) Non-profit rates for reservation less than 3 months in advance will be at non-member rates
(2) $150 rate if event is directly related to the mission of the FACC, as approved by the Board of Directors
(3) Renter must be a member for at least one year prior to reservation to qualify for members rate
